Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items once purchased. The products are handcrafted and Customer acknowledges and accepts that final products may have minor differences compared to the Custom Template and similar items shown on the website.

For custom-made orders, all Customers must sign and date the design and quote to state that they acknowledge and accept the final draft of the custom order to allow the artist to proceed and create the product(s).

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped. A tracking number will be provided.
